Moxxy, a marketing agency specializing in the fresh produce industry, is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable administrative assistant/project coordinator to support our account service team and help manage client projects.

Duties include a variety of administrative and team-support tasks, as well as tight coordination and ongoing communication with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and ensure continued progress of work, such as:
– opening and closing jobs in our system
– taking notes during meetings and documenting our system
– creating purchase orders, media insertion orders and other paperwork
– tracking/reporting project details
– gathering background information
– making website updates
– proofing layouts of ads, brochures, websites, packaging designs, etc.
– trafficking layouts to/from the creative department and media reps
– monitoring email campaigns and maintaining databases
– distributing press releases and tracking/reporting pickups

Moxxy operates in a virtual environment, and this position is remote/work-from-home, but you must be based in the Miami, FL area as that is where our clients and East Coast team members are mostly based. As the growing East Coast team become self-reliant, the job will transition to an Eastern time zone schedule.

This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week, 40+ hours-per-week job, especially during the first 6 months while being trained. The job requires reliability and schedule flexibility to work past 5:30 pm Pacific time. During the first 6-12 months you will likely be working on Pacific time (approx. 11am – 9pm Eastern time), because we are building our Miami team, but our headquarters are in California.

This is a great job for someone with 5-6 years of general office/business experience who’s used to wearing lots of different hats in a vibrant atmosphere, and has a knack for organization and never letting anything slip through the cracks.

It’s also a great job for someone with a 3-5 years of marketing experience looking for increased responsibility, deeper exposure to a wide variety of marketing projects, and a career path at a fast-paced marketing/advertising agency.
